Technical Support Engineer
to provide hands-on support for a cutting-edge AI enterprise platform used across 100+ languages and integrated with major business systems worldwide.

(ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, or other large-scale business systems), thrive on solving complex problems, and enjoy working with global teams, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced support for an enterprise AI platform — diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving application issues.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on APIs, integrations, and web stack technologies.
- Troubleshoot using logs, stack traces, and browser diagnostics.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Work in a 24x5 shift rotation (flexible scheduling within LATAM).
What You Bring
- 2+ years in a Technical Support or Application Support role for enterprise software
(ERP, CRM, SaaS, etc.).
- Strong skills in
SQL / relational databases
(MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- Experience in
Linux/Unix
environments.
- Scripting knowledge (
Bash, Python
).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML platforms, localization tools, or multilingual environments.
