Responsibilities
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) features and functionality.
- Supporting IP phone registration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Implementing and maintaining Cisco collaboration infrastructure components.
- Analyzing and resolving routing and switching issues that impact voice services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Documenting technical processes and creating knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with Cisco collaboration technologies.
- Knowledge of IP phone boot-up processes and phone registration.
- Understanding of Cisco infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with routing protocols and OSI layer concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
