We are Hiring 4 Open Positions Available

We are currently looking for skilled professionals to fill the following roles at our company.

Each position requires on-site work with a focus on Audio Visual systems and Cisco networking.

1.

Support Coordinator (General)

Shift:
7:00 am – 4:00 pm (on-site)

We are seeking a mid-level Support Coordinator with technical experience in Audio Visual systems and Cisco networking.

Required certifications: AV (e.g., Crestron, QSC) and CCNA.

Responsibilities include providing technical support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service.

2.

Support Coordinator (Cisco RMA)

Shift:
3:00 pm – 12:00 am (on-site)

We are hiring a Support Coordinator specializing in Cisco RMA processes.

Ideal candidates should have AV certifications, CCNA, and hands-on experience with RMA (returns, troubleshooting, and warranty handling).

This position requires working late shifts and strong Cisco knowledge.

3.

Support Coordinator (Cisco Projects)

Shift:
6:00 am – 3:00 pm (on-site)

We are looking for a Support Coordinator for Cisco Projects.

The role focuses on project management, Cisco networking configurations, and AV solution delivery.

Ideal candidates will have AV certifications, CCNA, and experience in Cisco project implementation.

4.

Audio Visual Coordinator (Mid-Level)

Shift:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm (on-site, Edificio Self)

We are seeking a Mid-Level Audio Visual Coordinator to support AV projects, client coordination, and quoting.

Preferred certifications: AVIXA CTS, Crestron, Extron.

Experience with Cisco systems (TelePresence, video conferencing, networking) is a plus.

Contract type:
Permanent contract with all benefits.

Salary:
1,500 USD.
