We are hiring on behalf of a leading SaaS client for a skilled
Technical Support Analyst
to join their Customer Experience team.
In this role, you will be the primary technical expert for their CRM users, diving deep into backend systems to solve complex data and application issues.
This is a 100% remote, permanent position for a candidate who is passionate about technology and problem-solving.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the main technical point of contact for CRM users, troubleshooting application and data integrity issues.
- Use SQL and other backend tools (GCP, Airflow, Kibana) to investigate, replicate, and resolve complex technical cases.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate bugs and contribute to long-term solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Advanced (C1) English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong, hands-on experience with SQL for data investigation.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical or application support role for a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in backend and cloud environments.
