We're seeking a highly organized
Project Manager
to oversee our data integration projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple client accounts.
This role bridges technical execution and business visibility — ensuring the engineering team's work is well-planned, communicated, and aligned with organizational priorities.
You'll maintain project plans, manage Slack channels, coordinate task tracking, and report progress and blockers to both engineering and leadership teams.
You'll be the connective tissue ensuring our integrations, dashboards, and data pipelines move smoothly from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists for all data integration and reporting initiatives.
- Manage internal coordination between developers, analysts, and leadership to ensure milestones are met.
- Track deliverables in tools such as Asana, Notion, or ClickUp — ensuring task clarity, ownership, and priority alignment.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early; escalate when necessary to maintain momentum.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain and organize active Slack channels for each project — ensuring updates, questions, and documentation remain transparent.
- Prepare concise weekly status updates and present progress in regular cadence leadership meetings.
- Translate complex technical updates into clear, actionable summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the
Head of Engineering
to plan and sequence integration work across clients and systems.
- Partner with the
Agency Project Manager
to align engineering timelines with marketing and client-facing deliverables.
- Ensure clear documentation of data sources, integration requirements, and reporting outputs.
Quality & Process Management
- Implement and uphold quality assurance processes for data accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Ensure tickets, documentation, and data mapping are kept current and audit-ready.
- Support continuous improvement of workflows between engineering, analytics, and account teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a technical or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of data integrations, APIs, and analytics/reporting workflows
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, ClickUp, or Jira) and Slack
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing technology, mobility, or data-driven product environments
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Metabase)
- PMP or Agile certification (nice to have but not required)
