About the job:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - Application Decomposition .
No hands-on developer experience is required; however, a general understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), code repositories, CI/CD tools, etc., is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Technical PM managing projects , preferably 5 years.

The TPM will lead an application decomposition workstream within a broader modernization program.
Initially, the role involves managing foundational initiatives to facilitate the transition from monolithic to microservice architecture using a 'Strangler Pattern'.
These initiatives include service-to-service authentication, application templates, edge user authentication, shared libraries, platforms, and feature flag capabilities.
Once these foundations are operational, the TPM will oversee the decomposition of backend services into microservices following the established pattern and maturity levels.

Language: English required (C1 level)
Experience: Over 8 years total, with more than 5 years as a Project Manager
Time Zone: Pacific Time (flexibility expected to align with teams, starting around 9 am EST)
