OFS/MCS Business/Technical Architect / TAM Arcos Dorados will be the Strategic Account
Responsibilities Work closely with Oracle's internal business and product teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation and support of Oracle's applications.
The primary responsibilities may include: managing all aspects of Architecture/Sales/Support pursuits and working closely with the internal teams on status, issues, and communications.
Define and drive sales/support pursuits and business specifications for product and component integration points.
Map standard application functionality to global/local business specifications.
Manage product gaps from business specifications through product enhancements and/or business process changes.
Manage pursuits setup definition and configuration along withinternal business process teams.
Manage all aspects of architecture/sales/support, pursuits, rollout, and coordination with internal teams.
Define architecture specifications for datamigration from legacy systems into newer applications.
Establish priorities for the pursuit of feasibility, systems design, and implementation to develop new and/or modify thecompany's information processing systems.
Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls.
Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations, and Global IT.
As a Business/Technical Architect, you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver application build and solution design to achieve defined benefits.
This includes leading and supporting clients through current build changes, upgrades, system changes, and enhancements.
Ongoing system maintenance, as well as acting as the primary consultant for the client's solution, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to appropriately escalate issues, provide solution knowledge, and support engagement, while also resolving escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6-8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 4-6 years' experience in several industries, solution building, and maintenance.
- At least 2 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
Preferred skills and experience
- Collaborate across regional/local central services, and product/audience marketing to define and develop integrated sales strategies and goals.
- Work within Oracle architecture frameworks, participate in global/regional/local industry campaigns, and augment with business unit-specific campaigns and programs.
- Run cross-functional planning, development, and timely execution of Architecture/Sales across a variety of industries.
- Build Value Sales approach briefs that clearly communicate purpose and goals; drive content development, detailed project management, and budget plans.
- Provide visibility into Architecture/Sales results, measure pursuits' effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize pursuits strategies.

- Develop and Manage the Oracle Customer Relationships by forming long term, high level, relationships with the customer stakeholders.

Understand the customer organization structure and key stakeholders, key projects and goals, and critical success factors as well as technical infrastructure and roadmap.
- Work collaboratively with sales, the delivery teams and customers to identify appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate delivery of Oracle Services, operating as the primary delivery contact to the customer, aiding and facilitating customer communications and activities across other Oracle lines of business.
- Monitor, report and communicate on complex projects for effective and efficient use of Oracle delivery resources, achieving the contract margin and revenue objectives.
- Identify and submit delivery leads for new opportunities and contract renewals.
- Act as a point of contact for any major incidents, responsible for managing communication and customer expectations through resolution.
- Establish and maintain a delivery governance model with the customer at the most senior management and senior executive levels.
- Perform proactive scope and risk management.
Lead complex account planning and reviews.
- Often takes a project/program lead role.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products, services and processes.
Lead initiatives for organizational process improvement and tool development.
- Contribute to the organization at a regional level to drive regional and global strategy execution.
