Responsibilities
- Primary technology point of contact for assigned programs, facilitating business needs back to the Technology organization.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on business needs and executions; act as a conduit between customers and product/service developers, providing feedback on service effectiveness.
- Identify client needs and inform them of updates or upgrades beneficial to their business.
- Communicate new or growth strategies to the Technology team in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance of program technology contractual commitments throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Support customers during sales and discovery phases by providing technical insight while customers are selecting services.
- Provide technical training and assess issues; offer technical support with limited travel to the client's business.
- Prepare ad-hoc technical reports about the status of internal systems or products and how effectively they are performing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the above activities align with program objectives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical account, project, or product management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing technical issues and identifying root causes; excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in the BPO/Call center industry and with cloud-based technologies.
- Strong English proficiency (B2+).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Availability to travel up to 25% for business and client-related engagements.
Education
- Degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent work experience is required.
Work Location / Travel
- Remote, Colombia; Travel as needed for client engagements.
