Ezlo Innovation is seeking passionate Tech Support Specialists to join our team in Medellín.
We are a company that develops, distributes, and provides service to its own clients, offering innovative solutions in home automation.
What we are looking for
- B2+ English level (speaking, reading, and writing) — a must.
- Technical, technological, or professional studies in ICT, development, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of IT, IoT, and networks.
- Availability to work onsite in Medellín (near Santafé Shopping Center) in rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities
- Provide expert and prompt technical support through various channels: email, phone, chat, forums, and voicemail.
- Manage and schedule cases professionally.
- Meet and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards and internal documentation.
- Report and follow up on technical or operational issues.
- Monitor servers using specialized tools.
- Actively participate in testing sessions and share relevant technical information.
Location and schedule
Onsite in Medellín (near Santafé Shopping Center).
Rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
