Main Responsibilities:
* Handle support via calls (66%), emails, and chats (33%)
* Assist with the initial setup of new stores
* Follow up on support tickets and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
* English level B2 or higher
* High school diploma completed
* Knowledge in (WLAN, VLAN, IP, MAC ADDRESS, HTTP, and VPN), technical support, and digital tools.
* Must be 18 years or older and live in Bogotá
* Availability to work 44 hours per week (full-time)
