What You Can ExpectAs a
U.S. Indirect Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the
sales, use, and property tax functions for all applicable domestic entities.
This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage audits, compliance, and tax process improvements in a dynamic corporate environment.

How You'll Create Impact - Manage Sales & Use and Property Tax audits; coordinate with internal teams and state authorities.
- Oversee third-party sales/use tax filing providers; review returns and resolve issues.
- Perform reverse use tax audits and manage use tax accruals across domestic companies.
- Maintain product taxability data and respond to tax inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Administer property tax compliance, including preparing returns, tracking assessments, and managing accruals and reserves.
- Support state and local tax planning and integration projects as needed.

Qualifications - English proficiency (B2 or higher) required
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Business required
- 3+ years of experience in US Sales & Use Tax in a corporate or governmental environment
- Proficiency in indirect taxes (sales, use, property, business licenses).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle large datasets.
- Preferred: experience withVertex tax software.
