What's the opportunity?
As our Operations Associate, you’ll ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily tasks while staying compliant with internal policies.
You'll spot issues, track discrepancies, and help drive improvements, making a real impact on operational efficiency.

What skills do I need?
- Someone open to the constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams worldwide
- Experience in the payment or fintech industry
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Observant profile to determine where the flaws lie (attention to detail)
- Curious profile and positive attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Advanced/Fluent English
