Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Executive Recruitment
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner closely with our Executive Recruiter in identifying and engaging high-impact leadership candidates for Senior Director and above roles.
This role is critical to building strong pipelines of executive talent across corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, and Operations.
You will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and relationship-building skills to support Diebold Nixdorf’s executive hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Executive Recruiter to understand leadership hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Conduct deep research and market mapping to identify passive executive talent across industries and geographies. Utilize sourcing to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, qualifying interest and alignment with Diebold Nixdorf’s leadership culture. Deliver talent insights, competitive intelligence, and candidate profiles to inform search strategy and stakeholder discussions. Maintain accurate sourcing records and candidate data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and other systems. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism. Stay current on executive talent trends, sourcing innovations, and industry benchmarks. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or research, preferably supporting executive or senior-level recruitment. Strong proficiency in sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, market mapping tools). Excellent spoken English proficiency required. Experience in global or matrixed organizations; familiarity with Manufacturing, Banking, or Retail is a plus. Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects with urgency, discretion, and attention to detail. Passion for identifying top talent and contributing to strategic hiring outcomes #LI-MK1
