Job description: Identify the eligible candidates to fill the required vacancies and coordinate with the recruiting leader the selection process for the department that requires it.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, business administration, or related areas.
- English B2+ or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and selection.
- Use of updated recruitment and selection techniques.
- Analytical capacity.
- Intermediate computer-level office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in managing multiple priorities.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Google and its applications.
- Responsibility, well-organized, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather information about the situations that arise in the application in the recruitment process.
- Organize the recruitment process of suitable candidates for the different positions.
- Receive documents from applicants.
- Oversee the process established by the candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates.
- Guarantee that all the candidates have complied with all the steps, tests, and technical requirements, and other aspects of the position.
- Coordinate with the psychologist the validation of psychological tests.
- Give feedback to unsuccessful candidates indicating their completion in the process.
- Other duties inherent to the position and those assigned by the direct leader or superior.
