Talent Access Partner, North America Operations is responsible for identifying, assessing, and delivering professional talent that will provide a competitive advantage to the company.
You will serve as a strategic recruiter/talent advisor, develop a keen understanding of the company's long and short-term strategies, and promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the field of NA recruitment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide creative solutions to fill open positions.
Utilize social media and other creative platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure a high-quality hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Act as a strategic talent advisor by establishing collaborative relationships with business leaders and providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
Develop a keen understanding of the company's long and short-term strategies, with a special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline.
Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the TA community by showing technical expertise and remaining largely connected.
Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline.
Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.
Work on the complete end-to-end recruitment process for internal clients, advocating for the global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and constantly looking for self and process improvement opportunities.
Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and sell the company to passive and active talent.
Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies.
Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.
Collaborate with management to ensure equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices, providing comprehensive consulting services to business partner client groups.
Analyze turnover to develop strategies that improve employee retention.
Design training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues.
Provide assistance to other human resources professionals as necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the field of North America recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully filling open positions with top talent.
Possess a global talent perspective.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required.
Experience with social media and other creative recruitment platforms.
Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies that impact the recruiting industry and their implications in the business and talent landscape is required.
Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.
Preferred background in corporate environment or in recruiting professionals in either a retained search firm, agency or corporation.
Excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes is preferred.
Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies preferred.
Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required; experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system is preferred.
Experience utilizing metrics regularly to assess and maintain performance is preferred.
