What You Will Do
The Talent Access Partner LATAM is responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests, and making offers to selected candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the Talent Access Partner – Jr role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide creative solutions for talent acquisition.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and deploy HR strategies to support sector/function goals.
- Collaborate with business partners to drive key talent actions.
- Integrate HR priorities into business plans.
- Evaluate business drivers to inform HR solutions.
- Implement strategic HR initiatives to support business and enterprise goals.
- Analyze talent needs through data and business acumen.
- Implement talent strategies to cultivate diverse talent pools.
- Lead talent planning efforts.
- Support business leaders in driving talent agenda and achieving results.
- Partner with global and sector HR leaders to shape culture, engagement, and change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-4 years of related experience in talent acquisition or HR field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to integrate HR solutions.
- Effective people leadership and development.
- Understanding of internal and external business drivers.
- Holistic approach to building end-to-end solutions.
- Utilization of data for informed decision making.
