What you'll do
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify integration needs between different internal and external applications, ensuring fluid communication between all parties involved.
- Design technical solutions that allow the efficient integration of systems, considering both the functional and non-functional requirements of the project.
- Develop and implement integrations using middleware, APIs and web services, ensuring quality and security in each of the processes.
- Carry out exhaustive tests on the integrations developed to verify their correct operation and resolve any incidents detected during the process.
- Document in detail the data flows, technical procedures, and configurations made to facilitate future maintenance and knowledge transfer within the equipment.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the project objectives are met in a timely manner, always maintaining a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Identify possible improvements in current integration processes, proposing innovative solutions that optimize performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support during the implementation of new integrations, accompanying end users in the adoption of the implemented solutions.
- Stay up to date with technological trends related to system integration, actively participating in training sessions or sharing knowledge with the team.
What you bring
- Minimum demonstrable experience of 4-5 years working in systems integration within the technological or insurance field, managing complex projects from conception to final implementation.
- Solid knowledge of middleware, REST/SOAP APIs and web services, as well as practical experience developing data flows between heterogeneous applications.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business profiles, facilitating communication between both areas to achieve common goals.
- Analytical skills aimed at efficiently solving problems related to complex technological integrations.
- Experience documenting technical procedures and integrations carried out, thus contributing to the sustainable maintenance of the business technological ecosystem.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, willingness to work collaboratively and sensitivity to the needs of the internal or external client.
- Preferential residence in Madrid or surroundings to facilitate face-to-face participation when necessary; geographical flexibility will be positively valued.
- Fluent or advanced level of English (desirable), allowing interaction with international interlocutors or access to specialized technical documentation.
