Job Purpose
Support Sales, Marketing and Finance users in adopting Dynamics 365, administering CRM, orchestrating integrations and empowering end‑users.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Sales and other platform entities.
- Lead coaching and mentoring of CRM administrators and users via learning labs, live user support and office hours sessions.
- Maintain custom configurations and integrations within the Dynamics 365 environments.
- Develop integrations of data and functionality using the Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps).
- Document user requirements with product stakeholders, including flow charts, layouts and diagrams.
- Establish best practice for support and knowledge sharing of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
- Contribute to and support the Dynamics platform 3‑year roadmap and product SDLC.
- Work with the NielsenIQ Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure data integrity across applications and datasets when using Dataverse with PowerBI.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Dynamics 365, Office 365 and the Power Platform for 2-4 years.
- Experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and application lifecycle tools/source control (Azure DevOps/GitHub).
- Experience as a System Administrator and in application management lifecycle tools.
- Experience developing with C#, .NET and PowerShell.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and analytical problem solving.
- Understanding of core Dynamics 365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration.
