Support Specialist (Legal Operations & Document Automation) Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Vineskills

Do you have hands-on experience in Filevine and want to make a real difference for legal teams?


We’re a 100% remote team helping law firms streamline operations through Filevine implementations, automation, and optimization.


We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who know their way around Filevine and want to contribute to meaningful legal work.


You may be a great fit if you’ve worked as a Filevine Admin, in legal operations, or in a tech-forward law firm environment.


This full-time role involves coding document templates, configuring Filevine settings, and supporting client success initiatives that improve efficiency and outcomes for attorneys and staff.


Preferred experience: Coding or troubleshooting merge documents Template automation and data structure design Understanding how law firms use Filevine day-to-day Previous experience supporting legal teams or CRM implementations What we're looking for: Experience in a legal operations or Filevine admin role Experience with legal tech software Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset Comfort working remotely and communicating in English Based in Latin America or the Philippines Preferred Skills: Filevine Document Automation Legal Workflow Design Template Coding, CRM Administration Legal Operations Contract Lifecycle Management We're especially interested in individuals who understand how law firms use Filevine daily, whether you were previously a Filevine Admin, legal support staff, or worked in a tech-forward legal environment.
