Overview
As a Support Consultant, you will join a highly effective global team known for delivering exceptional client support.

Responsibilities
- Manage a backlog of customer issues, including ticket life cycle, triage, documenting software defects, testing, providing resolution guidance, and delivering on SLA timelines to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (products, engineering, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Convert resolved customer issues into entries for a knowledge base system.
- Set achievable goals and deadlines and maintain commitment to overcoming obstacles and frustrations.
- Provide periodic after-hours support for critical issues and participate in a formal on-call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferred fields include Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software solution support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Foundational understanding of SQL or ability to rapidly attain proficiency; ability to analyze data in SQL and understand C++ or C# logic for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, ADO) for managing customer engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

- Background check: Criminal history, education, employment, driver’s license verification, and passport/ID validation may be required.
- Visa sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work in Colombia is required; no visa sponsorship will be pursued by the company.
- Current professional card or registration in Colombia (if applicable): may be required if the role is regulated.
- Onboarding medical examination required prior to commencement of employment, in accordance with Colombian law.
