Your role at Clorox:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance Senior Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will:
Financial Planning & Analysis:Lead the annual standard cost (cost roll) preparation and manage cost projections for all financial exercises (forecasts/budgets).
Monthly Close & Reporting:Supervise and monitor the monthly closing process, perform executive analysis of cost variations, and provide insightful reports to management.
Cost Management & Optimization:Conduct cost analyses for new initiatives and projects, ensuring they meet financial targets.
You will also track and approve costing requests and validate cost savings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a key partner to our operational teams and actively participating in supply chain project meetings to ensure financial integrity.
Audit & Compliance:Ensure compliance with internal controls for all cost processes and provide support and information for external audits.

What we look for:
Experience:The successful candidate will bring 3-5 years of specialized experience in cost accounting, comprehensive financial analysis, and robust financial projections, including CAPEX investment analysis.
A strong background in budgeting and management controls is essential, ideally within multinational FMCG settings with significant exposure to costing and inventory control.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
Skills:
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced MS Office especially Excel (pivot tables, macros), PowerBI is a plus
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
