* Funciones del cargo: Empresa está en búsqueda de personal con experiencia mínima de 3 años para desempeñar el cargo de supervisor/a de servicio al cliente.
Formación académica: tecnólogo/a o profesional en administración, telecomunicaciones o áreas afines.
Funciones específicas:
- Supervisar, coordinar y motivar al equipo de agentes del call center.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño establecidos.
- Dirigir y acompañar al equipo para asegurar una atención eficaz, empática y de calidad.
- Promover la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes.
- Implementar estrategias de mejora en la atención al cliente.
Conocimientos:
- Manejo de conflictos.
Salario: $ 2.000.000 + prestaciones de ley + beneficios corporativos.
Horarios: Horarios rotativos de 8 horas de lunes a domingo de 7:00 a.m. a 10:00 p.m.
Tipo de contrato: fijo.
Lugar de trabajo: Medellín.
* Requisitos: -Tecnólogo/a o profesional en administración, telecomunicaciones o áreas afines.
