En S4Learning, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Campaña con experiencia en la gestión de equipos de ventas en call center.

Ubicación: Bogotá (Modalidad presencial)

Tipo de contrato: Indefinido

Jornada: Tiempo completo

Horarios Rotativos
Lunes a viernes entre 8:00 a.m. y 7:00 p.m. Sábados entre 9:00 a.m. y 3:00 p.m. Se pueden asignar turnos en días festivos según necesidades operativas.

Comisión o Variable: $500.000

Requisitos para aplicar

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como asesor/a de ventas, preferiblemente en call center.

Al menos 16 meses de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales, idealmente en el sector educativo.

Formación académica: tecnólogo o profesional en áreas administrativas, comerciales o afines.

Conocimientos en manejo de Excel, CRM y Google Workspace.
