Misión del cargo:
Supervisor o administrador comercial de alimentos en retail

Funciones del cargo:
En IKEA nos encontramos en busca de nuestro próximo supervisor comercial de alimentos, quien será responsable de asegurar una experiencia memorable de nuestros clientes, garantizando las estrategias comerciales y el nivel de servicio dentro de nuestras unidades de negocio de alimentos.

Tus funciones:

  • Asegurar las iniciativas del calendario comercial y garantizar por el cumplimiento de las metas propuestas para las áreas de Food
  • Garantizar que las áreas de venta de Food y comedores se encuentren siempre como nuevas, organizadas, asegurando el concepto IKEA y los estándares comerciales (exposición de los productos y la comunicación expuesta en tienda).

  • Garantizar el correcto manejo de las cajas, el efectivo y arqueo de caja.

  • Responde por los pedidos de surtido/stock de los productos CPG para garantizar la correcta rotación de productos y la calidad de los mismos.

Requisitos:
Grado académico en administración de restaurantes, ingeniería de alimentos, gastronomía o afines.

Experiencia mínima de dos años en cargos como administrador punto de venta en cadenas de food retail

Experiencia en manejo de procesos de caja, servicio y venta.

Dominio plan HACCP y BPM

Manejo intermedio de excel

Experiencia en manejo de inventarios, rotación de producto, puntos de pago y presupuestos.
