Técnico, tecnólogo, estudiante desde 3er semestre o profesional culminado.

Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos y gestión operativa (deseable en seguros o BPO).

Manejo de indicadores, informes y novedades de personal.


Funciones principales
Atender y actualizar solicitudes de la operación.

Verificación de productividad e informes diarios.

Manejo y liderazgo de grupo.

Actualización de nómina y novedades.

Planes de acción en calidad y productividad.

Atención a clientes internos y externos.

Cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad y calidad.
