Job description

Médicos sin Fronteras requiere supervisor de diálogo directo.

Perfil: Estudiantes y recién egresados de psicología,ciencias sociales, ciencias humanas, comunicación social y carreras afines.


Con experiencia previa en gestión y liderazgo así como también experiencia en selección.

capacitación, supervisión y motivación de equipos de trabajo y marketing preferiblemente en campañas de diálogo directo de al menos 6 meses.


Excelentes habilidades interpersonales con capacidad de comunicación efectiva con distintos públicos, tanto internos como externos.


Capacidad analítica y determinada orientación al objetivo manteniendo altos niveles de calidad.

Manejo de Microsoft Office.

Objetivo del cargo: Solicitan constantemente la atención de la las personas en la vía pública.

– Participar junto con el técnico de recaudación de fondos en el análisis del funcionamiento y despliegue de la campaña de diálogo directo, detectando áreas de mejora y de nuevas oportunidades / espacios para el desarrollo de la misma.


– Participar activamente en todas las etapas del proceso de selección de sensibilizadores, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de reclutamiento establecidos.


– Participar en la planificación, implementación y análisis de las actividades que se realizan en los grupos permanentes, temporales y acciones puntuales de la campaña a nivel nacional y regional (viajes, participación en eventos, visitas de grupos, etc).


– Proponer, implementar y evaluar la pertinencia de nuevas y mejores estrategias de monitoreo, motivación y team building, que garanticen la productividad del equipo y la visión de trabajo en MSF.


– Analizar constantemente el rendimiento, indicadores y resultados de cada uno de sus equipos, detectar necesidades y generar herramientas de intervención que garanticen el cumplimiento de sus objetivos.


– Apoyar y gestionar a los líderes de equipo brindándoles herramientas de comunicación, intervención y motivación que garanticen el cumplimiento de su rol.


– Evaluar los niveles de rotación del equipo (bajas espontáneas o desvinculaciones), detectando puntos de mejoras que desde la gestión, contribuyan con el aumento de los tiempos de permanencia de los sensibilizadores en los equipos.


– Hacer seguimiento y garantizar la superación de los períodos de prueba de los nuevos sensibilizadores, así como mantener y mejorar sus niveles de productividad una vez efectivizados.


– Evaluar la calidad y pertinencia de los materiales de trabajo utilizados por los equipos, así como diseñar nuevos y mejores recursos (con temáticas actuales, tangibilizaciones vigentes, información útil para el sensibilizador) que soporten el discurso del sensibilizador y repercutan favorablemente en los resultados de su trabajo.
