Supervisor de Cobranzas en Call Center Job Opening In Sabana de Bogotá – Now Hiring COLPEOPLE

Importante empresa esta en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Cobranzas para liderar nuestro equipo en el Call Center.

Si tienes experiencia en supervisión de equipos, control de métricas y te apasiona mejorar el rendimiento de tus colaboradores, te invitamos a postularte

Funciones principales:

  • Gestión de equipo: Dirigir y supervisar las actividades diarias del equipo de agentes, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de calidad.

  • Gestión de métricas: Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI's) para optimizar los resultados del equipo.

  • Asistencia en tiempo real: Apoyar a los agentes en la resolución de problemas con los clientes, garantizando una atención eficiente.

  • Programación de horarios: Planificar turnos y asignación de personal para asegurar la cobertura adecuada del servicio.

  • Comunicación y reportes: Mantener comunicación constante con la gerencia y generar reportes regulares de desempeño.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en supervisión de equipos en Call Center, preferiblemente en áreas de cobranzas o atención al cliente.

  • Conocimiento en gestión de métricas y KPIs.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y toma de decisiones.

  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar equipos en un entorno dinámico.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario mencionado.

Te ofrecemos:

  • Salario competitivo: $3,000,000 mensuales.

  • Contrato indefinido: Estabilidad laboral.

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8 a a 5 pm, y dos sábados al mes.

  • Ubicación: Bogotá, cerca de la estación museo nacional.
