Job description

Brahman S.A.S. Grupo empresarial Proingra, inició sus actividades como Distribuidora Brahman, siendo una empresa familiar con un centro de producción en la ciudad de Ibagué, Tolima.

Inicialmente se elaboraba mantequilla industrial en forma artesanal, pero muy rápidamente tuvo que automatizar su producción, debido al crecimiento de la demanda, basado en las características de calidad de sus productos y a la expansión de sus negocios a otras ciudades cercanas.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de Supervisor Comercial a nivel nacional.

Profesional dinámico y orientado al crecimiento, encargado de apoyar a la fuerza comercial en campo mediante acompañamientos, auditorías comerciales y análisis de desempeño, responsable de identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, atender las cuentas más importantes de la empresa y supervisar los resultados comerciales, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las estrategias comerciales y fortaleciendo la relación con los clientes y maximizando el impacto en las ventas, con habilidades de liderazgo, seguimiento de indicadores, acompañamiento comercial, formación de equipos, manejo de zonas y conocimiento del canal panadero.

Responsabilidades

  • Conocer los productos de la compañía.

  • Establecer metas y objetivos del área de ventas.

  • Alcanzar los objetivos y metas establecidas por la compañía.

  • Conocer, al menos de los principales clientes, sus proyectos y oportunidades, por información pública o directamente obtenida del propio cliente.

  • Mantener las relaciones con los clientes para alcanzar su lealtad y permanencia, reconociendo importancia de la relación y estimulado su continuidad.

  • Realizar labores de investigación de mercados para determinar los niveles de satisfacción y reconocimiento de marca.

  • Extender servicios de valor agregado a los clientes de mayor reconocimiento.

  • Asesorar de maneral real y objetivo a los clientes y sus necesidades.

  • Establecer comunicación asertiva con los clientes para conocer sus necesidades y responder las mismas.

  • Cumplir con los parámetros establecidos por la empresa.

  • Consolidar la imagen corporativa de la empresa.

    (Excelente presentación personal y atención al cliente).

  • Evaluar el desempeño de la fuerza comercial.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento del objetivo de la fuerza comercial.

  • Motivar de la fuerza comercial.

  • Mantener comunicación asertiva con la fuerza comercial.

  • Mantener actualizada la información de hoja de vida y demás requisitos de SARLAF.

Requisitos

  • Tecnólogo o profesional en formación comercial, administración y gestión de equipos.

  • Mínimo tres años de experiencia en ventas del sector de alimentos.

  • Indispensable contar con moto.

Ofrecemos

  • Tipo de contrato indefinido.

  • Horario: Lunes a jueves de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm y viernes de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm.

  • Salario: $1.650.000 + Comisiones + Auxilio de Rodamiento + Auxilio de transporte + Tarjeta de snacks.

  • Lugar de trabajo: Bogotá y Contar con disponibilidad para viajes nacionales.
