Located on Colombia’s Caribbean coast in the historic city of Cartagena, Four Seasons is revitalizing landmark buildings dating back to the 16th century.

About the Role

Manage one or multiple food and beverage services in restaurants, ensuring a consistent experience aligned with the concept of the establishment.

Guide guests and clients in understanding the concept and products, always aiming to fully satisfy their expectations.

Foster a work environment that upholds FS standards, creating memorable experiences for both customers and team members.

Support the manager in achieving goals related to quality, financial results, hygiene, training, and work environment according to Four Seasons guidelines.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure the established service sequence according to FS standards during service.

  • Control food pass timings, ensuring communication between service and kitchen, as well as delivery times.

  • Act as the main contact for guests, managing complaints and resolving issues.

  • Manage schedules and shift assignments.

  • Control inventories and orders.

  • Conduct daily briefings and training sessions.

  • Be a professional in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields, or have at least 10 years of equivalent experience.

  • Certification in Mixology or Enology is desirable.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-quality restaurant service as a supervisor, or 2 years as an assistant general manager in high-demand environments with premium meats and high-end wines.

  • Experience implementing service standards like Forbes or LQA is desirable.
