As a Senior UI Motion Designer , you will play a key role in creating engaging and interactive digital experiences that enhance usability, communicate brand personality, and add delight to customer journeys.

You will collaborate closely with design and strategy teams to bring static visuals to life through motion, transitions, and animations that guide users and strengthen storytelling.

This is a hands-on design role, where a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI design and motion expertise will be critical.

Your Impact

• You will design and deliver UI motion graphics that elevate the customer experience across websites, landing pages, and campaign assets
• You will apply motion design principles to enhance navigation, structure, and emotional resonance in digital experiences
• You will translate brand guidelines into dynamic visual interactions that are both functional and creative
• You will apply advanced understanding of composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users navigate dynamic multimedia experiences
• You will define the visual direction of projects to shape and position ideas for customer impact and possess a strong POV on craft, tools, and process
• You will apply best practices for human-centric design and contribute to the creation of new design systems while delivering interaction design and illustrations for digital product features
• You will communicate effectively with vendors and clients around specifications, consolidate feedback from stakeholders, and provide multimedia production support
• You will collaborate closely with technical team members and software developers, developing strong relationships across project teams
• You will lead and manage small project tracks autonomously, mentoring junior members and contributing to the LATAM design culture

Your Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years of proven experience as a UI or Visual Designer with a strong portfolio focused on branding, marketing, and digital design
• 5+ Hands-on expertise in motion design for digital interfaces, including text animations, button animations, and micro-interactions
• C1 English Level (9/10) , both written and oral with experience working with international stakeholders
• Proficiency with Figma for UI design and After Effects (or equivalent tools) for motion work
• Solid experience in visual and sensory systems design , applying interaction design, typography, and visual storytelling to digital campaigns
• Ability to create simplistic and beautiful UI for digital and product design, including design systems and component libraries built from scratch
• Experience documenting design processes and specifications, prototyping with at least one recognized tool, and applying patterns to reskin or adapt designs
• Strong skills in rebranding , attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience designing for CPG or retail industries with an emphasis on brand storytelling
• Knowledge of both traditional motion design and UI-specific animations
• Background in multimarket, omnichannel campaigns requiring creative adaptation to different audiences
