Your Purpose

As a Biz and Ops recruiter, your purpose is to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate areas such as finance, legal, sales, marketing and ops.

You will be the go-to person for hiring managers, ensuring the selection of high-performing individuals who will shape the future of our company.

You will conduct intake sessions to understand talent requirements, attract top talent, guide candidates through the recruitment journey, and extend offers.

You will maintain strong engagement with hiring managers and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Who You Are

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.

  • 5+ years of experience leading hiring processes with complex stakeholders in different geographies.

  • Understanding of strategies toward recruiting metrics.

  • Tech-savvy; coding skills are not required, but understanding technical concepts is valued.

  • Proven experience in business recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple technical hiring teams with emphasis on sourcing high-quality candidates.

  • Proficient in Boolean strings, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing strategies.

  • Comfortable using data and analytics to assess and improve sourcing strategies.

  • Proven strategic sourcer, able to work in a highly efficient team.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of technical positions and the ability to generate pipelines while incorporating feedback.

  • Accountable, autonomous, and able to own tasks to drive outcomes.

  • Positive environment fosterer for those around you.

  • Proven English fluency.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and engage passive candidates using boolean searches, online tools, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to enhance our engineering teams at Bitso.

  • Continuously grow the candidate pipeline and understand where the team needs help with sourcing.

  • Collaborate with recruiting teammates and various departments to ensure an exceptional experience for all parties involved in the recruitment process.

  • Screen candidates to assess skills and alignment with Bitso's values and objectives.

  • Track pipeline data and provide regular updates to partners on roles and projects.

  • Maintain attention to detail when entering data in the ATS and other tools.

  • Champion inclusive recruiting practices to ensure a diverse and dynamic workforce.

  • Foster a positive environment for those around you.
