Job Description
We are seeking a quantitatively-oriented
SR Reveneue Operations Analyst
to drive revenue performance through strategic financial analysis and operational excellence.
This role bridges the gap between revenue operations and finance, ensuring our go-to-market strategies are backed by robust financial modeling and forecasting.
Key Activities
- Partner with Finance to develop and maintain monthly revenue forecasting models, ensuring alignment between deal-level pipeline data in the CRM and financial projections
- Build comprehensive annual revenue plans as part of the budget process, connecting revenue goals to closed deals, pipeline generation, lead flow, and conversion metrics across the funnel
- Own pipeline coverage reporting and track build progression to monthly forecast on a weekly basis
- Model commission structures and support the commission process
- Drive sales pipeline hygiene by partnering with sales leadership, working directly with sales representatives, and leveraging tools and technology to ensure pipeline data is current and accurate
- Create analytics to assess deal close probability, define deal health signals, understand deal timing, and report on pipeline risk
- Analyze profitability drivers and design profitability analytics related to the pipeline
- Define and track KPIs that bridge sales and operational metrics with financial outcomes
- Drive territory planning and analysis to maximize revenue potential and sales productivity
- Create MS Dynamics dashboards and performance reporting
- Build SQL queries against CRM and Data Warehouse relational tables to conduct analytics and automate reporting
- Deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics on trends, patterns, and revenue performance drivers
- Build ad hoc financial models in Excel to support GTM strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Identify and implement scalability levers that drive measurable impact on revenue and productivity
- Champion CRM data integrity in MS Dynamics to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to align revenue operations with organizational goals
- Support AI tool adoption across Sales and Marketing teams to enhance productivity
- Streamline revenue-driving processes through automation and operational improvements
- Lead special projects that enhance revenue engine effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, hands-on GTM Consulting or similar analytical role in B2B
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas and CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales and marketing technology stack
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational excellence
- Advanced / Fluent English.
