Sr. Marketing Communications Program Manager, Corporate Consumer Marketing

Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia.

This is a remote position based in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate a team of GCCM specialists, or SMEs, across an integrated corporate team to deliver against identified opportunities.

    Lead and collaborate with SMEs to develop performance-driven campaign strategies and manage activation and optimizations on a day-to-day basis.

  • Serve as a point of contact for Medtronic’s core businesses (Operating Units, or OUs), and build and maintain a strong, integrated relationship between the OU and GCCM.

  • Develop, execute, and socialize strategies that prioritize performance and outcomes.

    Surface the impact of a marketing campaign (e.g., conversion, ROI, brand lift, lead efficiency) to cross-functional teams, agency partners and business stakeholders.

  • Plan, manage, and project manage scopes, resources, timelines, and budgets throughout a campaign’s life cycle.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Over 7 years of experience developing consumer marketing strategy and executing PESO, integrated marketing campaigns, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to direct-to-patient marketing
  • Direct-to-patient marketing is advantageous
