Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a visionary Sr. Industrial Designer with a strong foundation in industrial and concept design to join a high-performing creative team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design innovation, retail strategy, and production feasibility, bringing bold ideas to life through permanent Point-of-Sale (POS) displays and consumer-facing experiences.
You'll be responsible for shaping how global brands show up in-store, from initial concept to final execution.
This includes designing retail fixtures, packaging, and marketing materials that are not only visually compelling but also commercially viable and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design permanent POS displays, retail fixtures, and branded environments.
- Translate creative briefs into strategic, on-brand design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost.
- Develop sketches, mood boards, 3D visuals, and presentation decks to communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Adapt existing artwork and assets across formats and languages, maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and technical specifications for production.
- Select and recommend materials, finishes, and production methods with sustainability in mind.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
- Present concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, confidently articulating design rationale.
- Supervise prototype development and support manufacturing processes when needed.
Requirements, Knowledge+Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial or concept design, preferably in retail, FMCG, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing retail displays, packaging, and visual storytelling from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Cinema 4D preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with print production, die-lines, and technical artwork setup.
- Deep understanding of materials (wood, metal, acrylics) and manufacturing processes.
- Advancedfluent English required.
