Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Support: Assist in managing the recruitment process, learning to source, screen, and coordinate interviews, and eventually participating in offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Learn to use various tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to find potential candidates.
You'll also learn to utilize our internal database and explore networking opportunities.
- Client Collaboration Support: Work alongside senior recruiters to understand client needs and requirements, gaining firsthand experience in client interactions.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and assist with scheduling interviews.
You'll learn to evaluate candidates' skills and fit through structured interviews.
- Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Offer Assistance: Support the offer process by gathering necessary information and assisting with communication between candidates and clients.
- Pipeline Management: Learn to maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Lever, tracking candidate progress and activity.
- Market Research Support: Assist in researching industry trends and gaining insights into the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting or related role.
- A strong interest in learning about recruiting, particularly in technical fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and use various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Interest in or exposure to healthcare IT recruiting.
- Experience or interest in working with international candidates.
