This is a remote position.

Role Name: Bilingual Property Management/Leasing Assistant (Spanish/English)

Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week - M-F - 9:00 am -1pm PST (Potential to grow to more hours as company expands)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be the vital first point of contact for prospective tenants in a thriving property management business.

You’ll play a crucial role in connecting people with their next home while supporting a growing company that values efficiency and excellent customer service.

  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective tenants inquiring about apartment rentals
  • Conduct outbound phone calls for leasing outreach and renewals
  • Manage and respond to email inquiries about available rental units
  • Schedule apartment tours and viewings for onsite staff
  • Coordinate with onsite team to ensure smooth tour scheduling process
  • Support the property manager in financial tasks such as rent collection and invoice processing
  • Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues
  • Conduct virtual property inspections and prepare inspection reports
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and file management
  • Assist in marketing and advertising rental properties
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation
  • Manage social media postings and advertising for rental properties



Requirements

  • Willing to use Time Doctor to help track productivity and provide visibility to the client
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in US leasing or property management
  • Strong communication skills for phone and email interactions
  • Experience with apartment leasing, renewals, and tour coordination
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for property marketing
  • Ability to work during client’s business hours
  • Availability for 20+ hours per week minimum
