Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday.

11am-8pm (Central time) with a one hour lunch

We are a comprehensive real estate firm dedicated to fostering the community through our services, which include brokerage, development, and property management.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spanish Bilingual Appointment Setter/ Lead Generation to join our team.

This role is crucial for our growth and sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and setting sales appointments, ensuring a consistent flow of leads into our sales pipeline.

You'll work closely with the Director of Sales and Sales Representatives to support our retail locations and community sales efforts.




What You'll Do:


  • Generate Leads: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls to generate interest, build connections, and support the team’s sales goals. 

  • Manage Inbound Inquiries: Respond to new inbound leads within 5 minutes.

  • Set Appointments: Qualify leads and consistently set 15–20 appointments per week for our sales team.

  • Nurture Relationships: Maintain a 70%+ show rate for appointments and achieve a 30%+ conversion of appointments to sales opportunities.

  • Master the Tools: Quickly learn and master our call scripts, objection handling techniques, and CRM system.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure 95%+ accuracy in all CRM data.




What We're Looking For:


  • Bilingual Proficiency: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, such as appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.

  • Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including appointment goals and conversion rates.

  • Quick Learner: The ability to master new systems and scripts within the first two weeks.

  • Team Player: You align with our core values of being Hungry, Humble, and Smart and are ready to collaborate closely with the entire sales department.




Expectations in Your First Month:


  • Week 1-2: Master our call scripts, objection handling, and CRM usage.

  • End of Month 1: Consistently set 10+ appointments per week.

  • Ongoing: Maintain high data accuracy in the CRM and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
