This is a remote position.
Scope:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Central with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in both English and Spanish
- Take detailed messages and relay them via email
- Input call information and notes into MyCase CRM
- Handle basic status inquiries and updates
- Follow provided scripts for call handling
- Send email notifications about calls
- Maintain professional communication standards
- Assist with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Legal experience is a huge plus, but not a requirement
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle high call volume
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Professional phone manner
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
