Job Summary: Supports the Latin America and Caribbean Shared Services Sourcing team by executing procurement and sourcing activities.
Focuses on operational excellence in procurement, ensuring efficient and effective procurement of goods and services.
Requires strong analytical skills, a background in supplier management, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across various departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement and Sourcing
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, support formal sourcing events and negotiations, and monitor supplier performance
Operational Excellence
Ensure efficient procurement and sourcing, support continuous improvement initiatives, assist in managing the PR to PO process development and transition to the global SSC
Data Analysis and Reporting
Generate regular reports and analysis on sourcing activities, performance metrics, and cost savings
Stakeholder Collaboration
Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, act as a liaison between the sourcing team and other departments and assist the Category Leads in coordinating with stakeholders
Supplier Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor supplier performance
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with Visas policies and procedures, identify and mitigate sourcing risks
Administer all contracts in Ariba Contract Workspace including routing agreements for approvals and signatures as well as related administrative work
Maintain internal marketing sourcing tools such as Decideware and Teams sites and manage administrative work
Additional projects as needed
UAT for new software applications, develop trainings, process management, etc.
Address inquiries on order status of products and services
Resolve discrepancies related to procurement issues
Troubleshoot internal customer issues regarding the services provided by Procurement Operations
Process purchase requisitions and update existing purchase orders as requested by business partners on an as needed basis
This is a hybrid position.

Basic Qualifications:
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Proficiency in procurement software (Ariba, Coupa, etc) and Analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
•Experience working in a shared services environment
