What your day-to-day will look like:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable
  test automation frameworks

• Implement automated testing strategies for

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies and ensure
  comprehensive test coverage

• Analyze complex software systems and identify opportunities for
  automation
  to improve testing efficiency.
  
  
• Execute automated test scripts, report defects, and work closely with development teams for
  timely resolution
  .
  
  
• Monitor and maintain
  test automation environments

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in
  best practices
  for test automation and API testing.
  
  
• Continuously evaluate and adopt
  new tools and technologies
  to enhance testing processes.
  
  
• Participate in
  code reviews

• Contribute to the overall

The skills and traits we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
  
  
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.
  
  
• Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or equivalent Python frameworks.
  
  
• Experience testing ML/AI models using Python, including validation of model outputs, performance benchmarks, and bias detection.
  
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process.
  
  
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a remote, team-oriented environment.
  
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  
  
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable but not required.
