As a Full Stack Software Engineer , you are a key builder in our engineering journey—fluent across both frontend and backend, capable of designing, developing, and deploying complete features with minimal guidance.
You combine strong technical execution with craftsmanship, ensuring that every component you touch improves in quality, performance, and maintainability.
You mentor others through reviews and collaboration, helping the team deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions that move the business forward.
What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
- Design and implement full-stack features from database to UI with a strong focus on quality and scalability.
- Own the full lifecycle of your code: design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Perform and lead code reviews, ensuring consistency and technical excellence.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
- Integrate external APIs and services efficiently and securely.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs with minimal assistance.
- Architect and document features within the team’s domain, clearly communicating trade-offs and impacts.
- Maintain awareness of performance, observability, and security considerations across systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve tools, workflows, and code quality.

- Proficient with standard dev tools (IDE, Git, CI/CD pipelines, code analysis).
- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture and best practices for API design and data integration.
- Solid experience with testing methodologies and automation frameworks.

- Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
