About the Role
As a Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll contribute to high-impact internal applications that power candidate acquisition and employee development, directly shaping how millions of people experience the job market.
You’ll work with modern technologies to enhance scalability, security, and user experience while strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms.
What you will do
- Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
- Implement new features and enhancements to support employee and candidate lifecycle processes.
- Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience with Python/Django, Typescript/React & Java/Spring Boot.
- Good JIRA practices and strong documentation experience.
- Good verbal and writing English skills to effectively communicate with the internal team.
- Strong testing and bug resolution abilities.
- Independent thinker and self-starter.
