YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a Software Engineer with software development skills to help us grow our business by writing code for some of the biggest brands in the world, scale-ups and future industry leaders, and set a new standard for high-quality, high-profile projects.

You will be working as part of an elite three-person Fireteam with other sharp, skilled coders who know how to do top-notch, innovative work in record time to help our customers solve their most vexing technical problems.
YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in backend development.
  
  
• Solid experience developing web applications using at least one of the following languages: Python (preferred), C# (a plus), or NodeJS.
  
  
• Experience with front-end libraries or frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  
  
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/virtualization technologies.
  
  
• Familiarity with industry best practices, including coding standards, community guidelines, and design patterns.
  
  
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
  
  
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  

Nice-to-Have / Coachable Skills

• Experience with cloud development, ideally on Microsoft Azure.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  
  
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  
  
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
