Technical:
Maintain customers Business Logic Layer accounts and its components, for instance S3 Instances, Integrations, VPNs
Design, Develop and maintain Synthetic tests (System tests with relative customer reference data, ensuring that meets customer business needs) and ensure they are successfully executed after software upgrade, patches and e-fixes.
Work closely with Customers, Project Delivery Team(s) and DPM DevOps Teams to understand the customer's integration needs and provide solutions and how they can be develop and maintained within the DPM BLL account
Process:
Create and communicate release notes (in case of changes in integration scripts)
Attending status meetings as required and agreed between the Parties.
Line management for Team
Participating in the Platform Engineer on-call rotation schedule
