Position Overview:
We're looking for a
Social Media Specialist
to join our team As the Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for around 40 deck builder clients.
You'll create engaging content, optimize for
Social SEO (SOSEO)
, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflow and boost productivity.
Your work will not only help showcase our clients' projects and services but also enhance their visibility in generative searches, creating real business impact.
This is a remote, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a fun, collaborative, and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Optimization:
Create and manage engaging social media posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, ensuring that content serves both social engagement and SEO goals.
- Leverage AI for Efficiency:
Use AI tools to optimize content creation and scheduling, enhancing workflow and productivity.
- Social SEO:
Write social posts that not only serve as social proof but also work to improve our clients' search visibility, boosting their chances of appearing in generative searches.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with Account Managers and Content Writers to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and alignment with client goals.
- Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to interactions, fostering positive engagement with clients' social communities.
- Scheduling & Organization:
Use scheduling tools like Social Pilot and Go High Level to ensure timely posting across client accounts.
Who You Are:
- A client-focused mindset—understanding how important social media visibility is to our clients and their businesses.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining consistency across multiple client accounts.
- Creative, self-motivated, and proactive in managing content schedules and delivering results.
Skills & Experience:Must-Have:
- 1-2 years in social media management or content creation, ideally in a service-based or digital marketing industry.
- Advanced proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile).
- Intermediate knowledge of
Social SEO (SOSEO)
practices and leveraging SEO to boost social media visibility.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management (e.g., AI-assisted writing tools, scheduling automation).
- Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of how to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
Nice to Have:
- 1-2 years of B2C experience and basic graphic design skills with tools like Canva.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (
preferred but not required
)
