The role offers flexibility with part-time hours initially, with strong potential for growth into a full-time position as the business expands.
Responsibilities:
Edit YouTube videos for publication, ensuring professional quality and engaging content
Upload and optimize YouTube videos following platform algorithms and best practices
Manage social media posting and distribution across multiple platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Handle the operational aspects of content distribution and social media management
Repurpose video content for various social media platforms as needed
Assist with uploading and posting blog content and SEO materials
Participate in regular check-in meetings (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM)
Support overall digital marketing efforts to drive website traffic
Strong video editing skills with experience in YouTube content
Understanding of social media algorithms, particularly YouTube
Knowledge of social media platform best practices and optimization
Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication
Willingness to participate in virtual meetings and collaborative work sessions
Experience with content uploading and distribution processes
Basic social media understanding of SEO and content marketing principles
