Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media content including graphics and video editing
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and potentially YouTube
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive Amazon product sales
Conduct social media performance analysis and reporting
Engage with customers by responding to messages and comments
Upload and schedule social media content across platforms
Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics
Support additional administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations as needed
Potentially manage social media for multiple business ventures under the same client
Portfolio demonstrating social media content creation and graphics design capabilities (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Experience working with marketing agencies or US-based brands
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design
Strong English communication skills
Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms
Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
