We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Accounts Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and a proven track record of success in managing and growing social media channels.
This role requires a data-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos
- Manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising and influencer marketing
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to achieve business goals
- Manage social media budgets and resources effectively
Requirements
Years of experience in social media marketing
Proven experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
Experience with sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for social media and a strong understanding of social media trends
