Title: Site Reliability Engineer III
Summary of Role
This role plays an essential part in adoption and support of SaaS cloud-based software strategies.
This role is responsible for assisting development teams in writing native cloud first code, reducing error detection and resolution times, and architecting of application infrastructure to meet the performance and scale requirements as determined by the business.
This role works closely to bridge support and engineering by bringing vital insights and visualizations around key performance indicators to the surface.
How You'll Succeed
Monitor processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the waste and downtime
Encourage and build automated processes wherever possible
Incidence management and root cause analysis for outage events
Coordinate and communication within the team and with customers
Select and deploy appropriate monitoring and development tools
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
Bring developers into contact with the day-to-day operation of their software-Actively participates in creating SOP's

Knowledgeable of tools and technologies in software development
Comfortable with higher testing and deployment frequencies
Experience with operation in the production environment
Development experience in object-oriented programming
Determination to achieve business outcomes and passion for excellence

Understanding of process reengineering
