Reconocida compañía líder en soluciones de identidad digital y seguridad está en búsqueda de su Líder de Shared Service Center en Cali, quien será responsable de la operación financiera en 4 países y la gestión de un equipo de alto nivel.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Reportando directamente al Gerente de Contabilidad y al CFO de la región, tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Dirigir la operación del Shared Service Center para 4 países, asegurando eficiencia y cumplimiento.
  • Supervisar y optimizar los procesos de facturación, cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, tesorería y finanzas operativas.
  • Garantizar la correcta aplicación de normativas contables internacionales (IFRS, US GAAP) y regulatorias.
  • Liderar un equipo de líderes regionales, impulsando su desarrollo y eficiencia.
  • Implementar automatización de procesos con herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas (SAP, Oracle, RPA).

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Experiencia de al menos 7-10 años en Shared Service Center financiero, con liderazgo en operaciones multicountry preferiblemente.
  • Dominio en contabilidad, tesorería, facturación y operaciones financieras en entornos regionales.
  • Bilingüe (inglés - español) para la interacción con stakeholders globales.
  • Disponibilidad para radicarse en Cali, Colombia.
